Nowadays both the coal
minister and his ministry
are hogging the limelight,
for all the wrong
reasons. Recently, the
coal minister went on
record saying "Like mosquitoes
in the night, in our
country there are some
departments that also suck
blood." But Mr. Minister, there are
umpteen number of leeches in the
cabinet who are known to suck blood many
times more than their weight. Why are you not
saying anything about them? They need a different
type of fogging.
