The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority
has invited EOI-cum-RfP for the development of its central
office building in Hyderabad on PPP basis. Apart from
HMDA's office, the project consists of car park and mixed
use development (residential and commercial) on 7.5
acres of land at Hitex, Kondapur. The private developer will
design, develop, finance and construct a built-up area of
about 1 million sq. ft on the project site.
The cost of tender document is Rs 25,000 and the last
date of submission of bids is August 15.
