
The Madhya Pradesh Housing
Board has unveiled a
plan to construct more than
2,000 housing units for various
economic segments.
Out of the 2,000 units, 640 units
are to be constructed in Bhopal,
800 in Jabalpur, 650 in Rewa, 200
in Indore, 162 in Ratlam, 70 units
in Ashok Nagar, 143 in Satna, 45
in Chhindwara, 174 in Jabalpur,
and 366 units in Khandwa.
Construction work on these
housing units, planned in cities
across the state, is likely to commence
in 2010 with a few of the
project scheduled to be completed
by end of this year.
The housing units will have
two- and three-bedroom accommodation
and, in a few cases,
even facilities like reception
lobby, car park, entertainment
houses, clubs, nursery, primary
schools etc.
