Pratibha to build towers in Mumbai

Pratibha Industries Ltd,
Mumbai, has secured
three orders for the construction
of residential and
commercial complexes
totalling Rs 210.43 crore.
These are: - Piramel Suntek Realty Pvt.
Ltd has placed an order for
the construction of a 27-
storey residential building,
Signia Ocean, at Airoli,
Navi Mumbai. The project
is to be completed in 19
months.
- IREO Pvt. Ltd has given an
order for the construction
of five residential buildings
at Gurgaon, Haryana.
The buildings, each 22
floors, are expected to be
completed in 31 months.
- Runwal Developers has
placed an order for the construction
of a commercial
building, Runwal Anthurium,
at Mulund, Mumbai.
The project would be completed
in 24 months.
Recently, Pratibha Industries
received a BOT-Annuity project
from NHAI for two laning
with paved shoulders the
Bhopal-Sanchi section of NH-
86 from km 0.000 to km 53.775
to be executed on DBFO basis
under NHDP-III.
The company will execute
road project in a joint venture
with Abhyudaya Housing
and Construction Pvt. Ltd,
Lucknow. The construction
period is two years. The total
annuity from NHAI is nearly
Rs 337 crore. |
