A real estate mall concept is being introduced across Mumbai. Its aim is to bring the much needed transparency in housing and commercial property deals, which have so far been managed in a haphazard and unprofessional manner.
R K’s Home Solutions Marketing & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. says “Real Estate No Brokerage, a concept which has been conceived, conceptualized and created with the vision to help the Aam Aadmi, who often than not feels the pinch of brokerage, when purchasing a home.
R K Home solutions, which has initiated the concept feels that the real estate brokerage industry is worth Rs 5000 crore, but is currently run by agents and middlemen who charge a fee ranging between 1 and 2 percent. “However the revenue generated in the majority of the transactions is undisclosed, thus resulting in the formation of black money and results in a revenue loss for the government,”
He added that in the new concept, the buyer won’t be charged any brokerage and at the same time, he would be offered a list of 26 services ranging from stamp duty registration, home loans, interior decorators, packers and movers, insurance and even Vaastu. “The entire service fee would be a very small fraction of what he would have originally paid to the broker and the whole transaction would be completely legitimate and transparent,” he said.
R K Home solutions reveal that they have kept a target of setting up 250 such malls across the city.
