Shristi Infrastructure Development
Corporation Ltd, a joint
venture of Shristi and Asansol
Durgapur Development Authority,
plans to infuse Rs 2,000 crore
in three states-West Bengal,
Tripura and Rajasthan-over the
next three years.
The funds are likely to be
utilised for building integrated
townships, healthcare facilities,
hospitality and sports
facilities, retail malls, logistics
hubs, and commercial and
residential complexes.
In Udaipur, Rajasthan, the
company is investing Rs 500
crore on a mall and hospitality
project spread over 8.5 acres.
Bengal Shristi of New Delhi is
setting up a sports complexcum-
residential and commercial
complex at Haldia in East
Medinipore district of West Bengal.
The project, Arena Haldia
International Sports City, will be
built on 65 acres at a cost of
around Rs 1,000 crore.
In Tripura, the company is
investing Rs 25 crore on building
a shopping complex.
Besides these projects, the
company has floated a joint
venture, Kanchan Janga Integrated
Infrastructure Development
Ltd in partnership with
West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure
Development Corporation,
to set up a 125-acre integrated
industrial hub in Siliguri.
The hub will comprise an industrial
zone, IT park, healthcare
and education facilities, residential
complexes, commercial
centres, and sports and recreational
activities.
