Usher Eco Power commissions 16 MW plant at Chhata

Usher Eco Power Ltd, a subsidiary of Usher Agro Ltd has commissioned its 16MW Rice Husk Biomass Co-generation power plant at Chhata in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. The company proposes to set up another 18MW rice husk biomass co-generation power plant. The company plans a public issue of equity shares and has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI subject to approval of the Securities and Exchange Board of India and other relevant regulatory and statutory authorities and market conditions and other considerations.
