contract from Asian Colour
Coated Ispat Ltd, Haryana, for its
wide width cold rolling complex.
The work includes design, supply,
erection and commissioning of 6
Hi single stand reversing cold
rolling mill, pickling line and continuous
galvanizing line.
The main features of the facilities
are: a 6 Hi 1,650 mm wide
1,200 mpm reversing cold rolling
mill of four lakh tpa capacity, airconditioning,
electricals, automatic
flatness control system,
level-2 automation system, a pickling
line of 1,800 mm width with
five lakh tpa, and a galvanizing
line of 2.0 x 1,650 mm, 150 mp,
with a capacity of 2.5 lakh tpa with
CQ, DQ, DDQ and EDDQ qualities,
ceramic pot, inline skin-pass
mill, and tension leveller.
