Hyatt Hotels Corporation has entered into agreements with Piccadily Hotels Private Ltd for two new Hyatt Regency hotels in India at Gurgaon and Ludhiana. Hyatt Regency Gurgaon will have 452 guestrooms, including a ballroom and a lobby lounge; a multi-cuisine restaurant and two specialty restaurants; a bar; a gourmet store; a four-treatment room spa; a fitness center; a swimming pool; and the Regency Club lounge and will be operational later this year.
Hyatt Regency Ludhiana will be located near the premier shopping and commercial developments of the city and will offer 167 guestrooms and suites, a specialty restaurant and bar, a fitness center, spa and swimming pool. The hotel is expected to open in late 2012.
