Reliance Power Ltd has
invited bids [CPG/RPL/
HYDRO/TATO-II/RfQ/
civilworkspackage-
1&package-2] for EPC work for
the 4x175-mw Tato-II hydroelectric
project on Siyom river
in West Siang district of
Arunachal Pradesh.
The scope of work includes
civil works covering infrastructure
works such as diversion
arrangement, dam, intake
and other appurtenant works
including associated hydromechanical
works (Package-
1), and works covering infrastructure
works like head race
tunnel, surge shaft, pressure
shaft, penstock, power house
complex, tailrace tunnel
including associated hydromechanical
works (Package-
2). Both the works are to be
completed in 52 months each.
The BOOT project will be executed
by a special purpose vehicle,
Tato Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd,
which has engaged SNC-Lavalin
as the owner's consultant for
implementing the project.
The RfQ can be obtained from
RPL office on submission of a
formal request through mail
or e-mail. The last date of submission
of applications is
December 26.
