Apeejay Infra starts work on logistics parks

Apeejay Infralogistics Pvt. Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture between Apeejay Surrendra Group and Eredene Capital Plc of UK, has started work on two new logistics parks at Haldia (West Bengal) and Kalinganagar (Odisha).

The 90-acre Haldia project will entail an investment of rs1.jpg75 crore each for phase I & II and rs1.jpg50 crore for phase-III. The project is expected to be completed in 30 months. The 30-acre Kalinganagar park, estimated to cost rs1.jpg50 crore, will be implemented in two phases.

 Both the logistics hubs will provide 1 million sq. ft of warehousing space.
