While in 2011-12, Kingfisher Airlines'
market share and revenue
dwindled, fleet strength plummeted
and staff strength fell by 11 per cent,
there was one graph which went up,
that is, the salary graph of its CEO,
Sanjay Agarwal!
So what if KFA has curtailed its
operations, the poor CEO has to
manage many tricky issues like hostile
employees whose salaries are
as irregular as the KFA flight schedule,
hounding bankers and tenacious
tax authorities. So he
deserves a pay hike.
