World over, parliamentarians are a
special breed and it is their behaviour
that distinguishes them from
the rest. Recently, a South African
Member of Parliament who was
part of a delegation of MPs visiting
India was caught trying to open the
aircraft's emergency door in midair!
He was reportedly in a drunken
state. Indian MPs will never do such
a thing - they will force the fellow
passengers to do it.
