Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd. proposes to develop high-end apartments
focussing on niche clientele and provide world-class amenities at Jaipur,
Rajasthan. The company has purchased around five-acres of property for Rs
158 crore for the apartment project. The land was acquired through Maharaja
Shree Umlad Mills Ltd. The project, spread over 19,135 sq.mts. area of land,
is located at Prithviraj Road in Jaipur. The project would be implemented
through Om Metals Consortium Pvt Ltd., a company subsidiary and is expected
to be completed over the next three-years.
