spans, slab floor forms, column shuttering,
wall form systems, h-frame
scaffolding systems, cup lock systems,
H-frame scaffolding systems,
and custom-made formforks and its
accessories.

Products
Wall form system is useful for casting
columns, beams, wall and slabs
and RCC structures where heavy
and mechanised concreting practice
is adopted.
- Wall form panels are made out of
2.5mm (12G) M.S. sheets and
45x45x5 M.S. angle with rectangular
slot for matching with adjacent
wall form panels and channel
soldiers and 45x45x5 M.S.
angle stiffener.
- For heavy shuttering works
(bridges, tunnels etc.), wall form
panels are made out of 3.15mm
(10G) M.S. sheets and 50x50x6
M.S. angle.
- Channel soldier is made out of
2.5mm M.S. sheets and 45x45x5
M.S. angle and is supplied in
lengths of 2500mm, 1250mm &
3500mm.
- Flexible wall forms/pre-curved
panels with pre-curved waller
tubes are provided for circular
structures.
- For single side shuttering heavyduty
channel soldiers are used with
double loop.
- Internal corner panels for internal
surface meeting at 90º angle, external
corner angle for external surface
meeting at 90º angle and splay
panel for surface meeting at
required angle are provided.
- Wall form system components are
connected together by single clips,
wedge and clip, connecting bolts,
assembly bolts, and tie bolts of
required design.
- Concrete hardware required for
concreting are also available.
Scaffolding and staging
equipment
H-frame comprises rigid welded
frames of two vertical and two horizontals.
The frame is interconnected
by scissor cross braces through pins
welded on frames and locked in
position by spring clips. H-frame
has multipurpose uses like supporting
slabs and beams, staging of
bridges for any kind of RCC structures,
plastering, painting, as access
platforms etc.

- Spacing: Scissor cross braces are
supplied in sizes to suit frame spacing
of 2500mm, 2000mm,

Cup lock scaffold system
Cup lock scaffold system or connector
lock scaffold system has the possibility
of connection in four directions
at same levels. Simplicity and
speed and ease of erection make it
the most economical and widely
used scaffolding system. This can
be used for access work besides for
formwork with light and heavy
loadings as well. The top cup allows
locking and resists sabotage; its versatility
for staging and access to
structure from all around are its
unique features.

Adjustable props: Heavy duty
adjustable/telescopic props comprise
50NB (60.3mm OD) outer
tube and 40NB (48.3mm OD) inner
tube. Telescopic prop can bear the
designated load and can be adjusted
and locked at desired height for
given range

Adjustable telescopic spans:
Adjustable telescopic spans are
manufactured from 2mm (14g)
M.S. sheets, M.S. round, M.S. tee,
M.S. angle and M.S. flat. The span
is assembled together with outer
and sliding inner and locked in
position with two eye bolts to give
variable length of span and used to
support centering plates, beam
bottoms etc. without any intermediate
support.
Round column shuttering is provided
to half round panels of 1.25m &
2.5m height.
