Indians might have failed to win
Gold at the Olympics but that doesn't
mean that we cannot make any
records. On Tuesday, last week,
we did make the world record for
blackout when 10 per cent of the
world's population was in the dark
for hours together. No country in
the world could ever achieve that
milestone except India.
Indeed, the government was
quick to recognise this achievement
and honoured the Power Minister
with the bigger responsibility
of Home Ministry.
While the Power Ministry gave a
farewell treat to Shinde by keeping
half the country in dark for hours,
the Home Ministry greeted him with
four serial blasts in Pune.
We don't know what is more in
store for us!
