Hindustan Construction Company
Ltd has been awarded a
Rs 121-crore order by Hindalco
Industries Ltd for construction related
works for its Aditya Aluminium
Project at Sambalpur in
Odisha. The scope of work
includes area grading, water
reservoir and temporary roads
and drains, which is to be completed
within 10 months.
The company
had
recently
won a Rs
1 2 6 . 2 2 -
crore order
from Hindalco
for
potline
structural
steel fabrication
work at the Sambalpur
smelter unit. The scope involves
fabrication and supply of
boiled/welded structural steel
works including built-up sections
made out of plates, rolled
sections as per EIL specifications
for potline, CSS, PTM,
equipment maintenance shop
etc. The project is expected to be
completed in 16 months.
