Pratibha Industries Ltd has won a BOT project from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd for developing a multi-level car parking system. The project will also involve commercial property development. The project is coming up at the New Delhi Railway Station-cum-Airport Terminal of Airport Express Line.
The cost of the project, estimated at Rs 150 crore, will be recovered through collection of parking charges and lease rentals of commercial property, a statement by Mumbai-based Pratibha said.
The project involves the construction of four levels of car parking and two levels of commercial space above the said metro station-cum-airport terminal. Pratibha will construct the project in 15 months and operate under a 30-year concession period from DMRC.
