Essar Group real estate company Equinox Realty is to invest around Rs 600 crore in its maiden premium housing project in Bangalore and has appointed L&T to build the project. Spread across eight acres, the project ‘Water's Edge' will have five high-rise towers which will offer a perfect blend of luxury and design matching global standards.
