Ltd. is undertaking
the development of an
elevated metro system in
Navi Mumbai. CIDCO has
invited RFQ [CA No
01/CIDCO/RP/SE(TPIII&
HQ)/2012-13] for complete
rail system on
turnkey basis. The project
is estimated to cost

800
crore and is to be completed
in 24 months.
The scope of work
includes design, manufacture,
supply, installation,
testing and commissioning
of complete rail system
including spares, training
of operation and maintenance
personnel, handover
to the client of the
whole equipment necessary
to comply to the
authority's requirements
comprising of rolling stock
including driving simulator,
signalling and train
control, communication
system, power supply and
25kV traction and
SCADA, track works,
automatic fare collection
and depot equipment for
Navi Mumbai Metro Line
1 (Belapur to Pendhar -
elevated route of about 11
km and at grade in depot
along with the approach
lines to the depot.)
The cost of bid document
is

25,000 and the last date
of submission is May 16.
