Archean Design
and Development,
the real
estate arm of
$550-million Archean
Group, plans to develop
a landmark residential
project, ADD Albatross,
in Chennai, and thus
foray into the real estate.
Phase-I of Albatross
will have three towers of
G+ 27 floors with an aim
to develop a modern
lifestyle community in
Chennai.
The company will
bring together the
expertise of world renowned
consultants
with SRSS Singapore as
architects, Meinhardt
Singapore for civil,
structure and MEP, IBA
New York for facade,
Sitetectonix Singapore
for landscape, and
Windtech Australia for
wind tunnel engineering.
The project
will comrpise 537 apartment
units spread
over 8.35 acres on IT
Highway, OMR (Old
Mahabalipuram Road),
Chennai.
