
Falcon Realty Services Pvt. Ltd,
which is involved in land
acquisition and land consolidation
in India, announced the
launch of 'Super Bazaar' as part of
its Global Eco City project on NH-
8 in the National Capital Region.
The company is investing

5 crore
in constructing this
market complex.
Super Bazaar
offers an assortment
of cross-section
of multi-utility
retail formats of
shops mainly catering
to residents living
in the township.
The project is
spread over an area
of 25,000 sq. ft. The
expected occupancy
in the surroundings
of Super
Bazaar is 5,000 per
year till 2015 and an additional
10,000 by 2016 onwards.
The project is designed by
British Architect Teelock Associates.
The shop sizes of Super
Bazaar vary from 350 sq. ft to 540
sq. ft and each shop is priced at

10,000 per sq. ft. The rental
opportunity of each shop will be
approximately

100 per sq. ft per
month initially.
The development work is
already under progress and is slated
to be completed by December
2012.

gyms, sports stadium etc.
