Real estate developer Puravankara Projects Ltd. plans to foray into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company has launched its new branch office at Al Khobar in Dammam to cater to the Indian housing needs of NRIs residing there. With the increasing interest among NRIs to invest in luxury and affordable luxury homes back home in India, Puravankara is now well poised to tap this potential market. The company has also set up a 24/7 sales support desk in India.

"The office in Saudi and the 24/7 sales desk would pave a way for fulfilling the dreams of millions of Indian's abroad who have always thought of owning a home in India, but have not had the time or the means to help them in the decision making " Jackbastian K. Nazareth, CEO, Puravankara Projects Ltd, said.
