Raheja Developers plans to invest around Rs 300 crore in a luxurious group housing project “Oma”at Dharuhera in Haryana over the next 5 years. The project will have 640 apartments offering a wide range of flats from 1-BHK to 6-BHK. Construction work on the project has commenced and the company will start handing over of the flats in the next four-five years.
In 2011, Raheja Developers had announced plan to develop the tallest housing project 'Raheja Phoenix', consisting of a 54-storey tower with a helipad, in the national capital for almost Rs 300 crore.
