Vasathi Housing Ltd proposes to develop affordable housing projects in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. These projects will require an outlay of around Rs 400 crore over the next 12 months. The company has a land bank of about 55 acres in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The Bangalore project is expected to commence by March and the Chennai project is likely to be taken up by the end 2012.

Vasathi is currently developing a 400-apartment Vasathi Anandi project at Chennai with a built up space of almost 5.40,000 sq ft. which is expected to be completed by December this year. The firm has also bagged ISO quality certification given to select number of real estate developers in the housing segment.
