Australia-based global specialty coffee firm Gloria Jean's Coffees, plans to expand its operations in India via franchise route. The company plans to add 30 more franchise outlets by the end of 2012. At present, the brand operates outlets in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi and in cities such as Chandigarh, Jaipur and Pune in collaboration with its master franchisee, Citymax India, a part of Dubai-based global retail giant Landmark Group. At present, globally the company has more than 1,000 outlets across 39 counties and 480 outlets in Australia.
