Om Metals Infra Projects Ltd, a 49:51 SPV with SPML Infra Ltd, has been awarded a concession agreement for development of 212 km stretch of two lane road from Jaipur to Bhilwara via Malpura, Kekri & Shahpura (SH -12) on DBFOT (Design, Built, Finance, Operate & Transfer) on PPP model.
The Rs 300 crore project was awarded by PWD Govt of Rajasthan and an initial grant of Rs 44 crore shall be given by Rajasthan government and the concession period is 22 years.
