Readymade Steel India Ltd (RMS) has entered into a Share Sale & Purchase Agreement to acquire a majority stake in Singapore-based building and construction firm, KH Foges Pte Ltd. The acquisition will be carried out through RMS’ wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore.
KH Foges Pte Ltd specialises in bored cast in-place concrete piling and driven (precast rc pile, spun pile, h-steel pile) piling foundation work, providing complete services encompassing design, supply, construct and project managenient.
