Banswara Syntex Ltd has inked a joint venture agreement with Treves S.A., France with 50:50 equity shareholding and incorporated a SPV known as Treves Banswara Pvt Ltd. The new JV company will produce laminated knitted and woven textile for internal furnishing of trains, buses and other automobiles.
