The food security bill may prove to be a costly affair for the government exchequer but Food Bill of the common man, if what Raj Babbar says is true, is going down or is not going up at least. Raj Babar says it is possible to have a full lunch for Rs.12 in Mumbai. No, he is not talking about the tip you may be giving to the waiter after having lunch; he is talking about actual cost of meal in Mumbai which is considered to be the most expensive place to live in. So you may see more influx into Mumbai. Now Shiela Dixit, Montek Singh and their like have started saying ‘I told you so.’

For Babbar there is no difference between Bollywood and Parliament – he acts well in both the places. The man on the street may feel Babbar’s Insaf ka Taraju is not balanced.
