Four-laning of the existing two lanes of Rajsamand to Bhilwara section of NH-758 from km 0/000 to km 87/250 (length 87.25 km) is expected to complete by April 2016. Rs. 228.08 crore has been deployed on the project till the end of June. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 676.10 crore being funded through debt/equity of 0.69 times.

Bhilwara Rajsamand Tollway Private Limited (BRTPL) is executing the project on Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) basis. BRTPL is a special purpose vehicle incorporated and owned by Sadbhav Engineering Ltd (26% stake) and its step down subsidiary Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltd (74%stake). BRTPL has signed 30-years concession agreement (CA) on December 14, 2012, with National Highways Authority of India.
