Osprey E Commerce Private Limited’s (OEC) informational technology park at Noida, Uttar Pradesh is likely to be ready by September 2015. IT park would have a total covered area of 3,42,182 sq. ft. comprising of 9 floors (including ground floor) for commercial use coupled with other facilities like parking space, gym and cafeteria. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 62.57 crore to be funded through promoter contribution and term loan of Rs. 24.57 crore and Rs. 38 crore, respectively. Out of this the company has already spent Rs. 36.15 crore till the end of April.
OEC is a joint venture between Stellar group and Spring Infradev Limited (SIL) with each having equal share in equity capital.
