Sinclairs to plan new hotels

Sinclairs Hotels is planning to set up new hotels and upgrade the existing ones. The company will be spending Rs 50 crore for this purpose over the next five years. It wants to add five new properties preferably in eastern India.
Sinclairs is also planning to add six more rooms in its 30-room Andaman hotel. The company will incur Rs 4-5 lakh per room on this project, and is planning to fund these projects through internal accruals and borrowing financial institutions.
