L&T Ltd has won a Rs 380 cr. order from NTPC Ltd for a coal-handling plant to be located at the latter's Barh Super Thermal Power Station near Patna, Bihar. The Barh coal-handling plant is a greenfield project and will be completed within 43 months from August 2006. The EPC contract includes design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the coal-handling plant.
