Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd, the Noida-based manufacturer of air conditioners, has diversified into infrastructure development. As a step in this direction, the company has acquired about 25 acres of land in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, for the development of residential and commercial complex. The company is awaiting the necessary sanctions and approvals from the concerned authorities.
Fedders Lloyd is also in advanced stages of acquiring land in various cities for similar ventures.
