Electromech Engineers was set up in 1979 at Pimpri, Pune, with a vision to become a leader in its field of material handling systems both in India as well as abroad. Our core competencies are engineering and manufacture of electric wire rope hoists, single girder and double girder EOT cranes, goliath cranes as well as customised material handling solutions such as stacker cranes and tunnel mucking systems. Today, with our new factory at Pirangut measuring over 10,000 sq. metres, we are fully equipped to cater to the industry’s ever-changing and vast requirements. Our 27 years of experience backed by an ISO 9001-2000 certification from BVQi assures our clients of consistent quality that is a benchmark amongst our competitors and has made Electromech a name to be reckoned with in the world of material handling. Electromech has pioneered many steps such as VFD and shrouded bus bars, which have now become the norm within the industry.
Electromech is now among the premier crane manufacturers in India with offices in Pune and Chennai and plans are afoot to open sales and service offices in other industrially developing parts of the country such as Uttaranchal. We have already begun to make our mark on the global front with our cranes being exported to UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bangladesh etc. We also have sales and service agents in UAE.
Our vast experience in the field of material handling and our tradition of innovation has enabled us to cater to the most specialized and complex of client requirements. Complementary to our ability to provide customized material handling solutions, we have also introduced our standardised EL series wire rope hoists ranging from 1 mt to 10 mt. This has helped us in our endeavor to reduce lead times and deliver a quality product to the customer. In addition to our manufacturing activities, we also provide maintenance and upgradation services for our clients existing cranes. Our skilled personnel are trained to diagnose and rectify any crane problem so as to reduce valuable down time.
