In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Para 3.2 of Para 3 of the Guideline circulated under Section 63 of The Electricity Act, 2003 (No.36 of 2003), the following amendments are hereby made in Gazette Notification of even No. [(S.O.1019 (E)] dated June 26, 2007.
1. The name of Bid Processing Coordinator of the Transmission Project "Evacuation system for North Karanpura (1980 mw)" has been substituted by REC Transmission Projects Company Ltd.
2. The name of Bid Processing Coordinator of the Transmission Project "Talcher Augmentation System" has been substituted by REC Transmission Projects Company Ltd.
