the capital, is proposed to be renovated into an upmarket multiplex. Work on the
multiplex will start work on the project by February 2008 and will be completed
by 2010.
The multiplex will come up on a 30,000 sq. ft area comprising four floors and
two levels of underground parking with extra parking space in front of the
multiplex for about 100 vehicles.
The existing cinema hall has a seating capacity of 1,056. Out of the 30,000 sq.

305 and 125 seating capacity respectively. In the remaining area four select
food and beverage joints will be set up.
Initial investment in the multiplex will be around Rs 18 crore, which will be
funded entirely by the company.
Significantly, the company plans to rent out the auditoriums and already
