R-Tech Developers Pvt. Ltd, the real estate company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, is developing two shopping malls, Capital Mall and Cross Point Mall, at Bhiwadi in Alwar district of Rajasthan.
Capital Mall, coming up at Sector-6, will spread over 2.5 acres of land and have space for 125 shops. The mall will also have four-screen multiplex, food court, restaurant and car parking. Design Forum is the architect for the project. The second mall, Cross Point Mall, will spread over 1 acre of land and food court on the 4th and 5th floors.
The project is scheduled for completion in September 2009.
