US-based Ducon Technologies Inc. has announced that it has won a turnkey order from Lanco Infratech Ltd for setting up a flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system for the 2x600 mw Udupi thermal power plant near Mangalore in Karnataka.
"Ducon's Indian subsidiary Ducon Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd, located in Thane, Maharashtra, will execute the turnkey project that includes complete engineering, supply, manufacture, erection, startup, commissioning and performance guarantees," Aron Govil, CEO & President of Ducon, said in a company statement.
