NH-45 in Perambular district to be widened

Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and
Highways) No. S.O.2080(E) dated December 4, 2007, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) and issued under
sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central government declared its
intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said
notification for building (widening/four-laning etc.), maintenance, management
and operation of NH-45 on the stretch of land from km 243/200 to km 285/500 (Tindivanam-Villupuram-Tiruchirappalli
section) in Perambalur district, Tamil Nadu;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in 'The
Hindu' and 'Daily Thanthi' both dated December 20, 2007, under sub-section (3)
of Section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objection has been received from any person by the competent
authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the
competent authority has submitted its report to the Central government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and
in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said
Act, the Central government hereby declares that the land specified in the said
schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the
Central government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in
the official gazette, the land specified in the said schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.

NH-7 in Krishnagiri
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the
National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), the Central government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose,
the land, the brief description is required for building (widening/four-laning
etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH-7 on the stretch of land from
km 91.000 to km 113.100 (Bangalore-Salem-Madurai section) in Krishnagiri
district, Tamil Nadu, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within 21 days from the date of
publication of this notification in the official gazette, object to the use of
such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 3C of the
said Act.

NH-45B in Tiruchirappalli
Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and
Highways) No. S.O.1932 (E) dated November 14, 2007, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) and issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (
hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its
intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said
notification for building (widening/four-laning etc.), maintenance, management
and operation of NH-45B on the stretch of land from km 0/0 to km 18/600 and km
38/870 to km 66/330 (Tiruchirappalli-Viralimali-Madurai section) in
Tiruchirappalli district, Tamil Nadu;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in 'The
Hindu' and 'Daily Thanthi' both dated December 6, 2007, under sub-section (3) of
Section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objection has been received from any person by the competent
authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the
competent authority has submitted its report to the Central government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and
in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said
Act, the Central government hereby declares that the land specified in the said
schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the
Central government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in
the official gazette, the land specified in the said schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central government, free from all encumbrances.

NH-4 in Thiruvallur

Highways) No. S.O. 1459(E) dated August 25, 2007, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) and issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central government declared its
intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said
notification for building (widening/four-laning etc.) maintenance, management
and operation of NH-4 in Maduravoyal and Nerkundram villages of Ambathur taluk,
Thiruvallur district, Tamil Nadu;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in 'The
New Indian Express' and 'Dinamani' both dated October 18, 2007, under
sub-section (3) of Section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objection has been received from any person by the competent
authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the
competent authority has submitted its report to the Central government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and
in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said
Act, the Central government hereby declares that the land specified in the said
schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the
Central government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in
the official gazette, the land specified in the said schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central government, free from all encumbrances.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the
National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), the Central government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose,
the land, the brief description is required for building (widening/four-laning
etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH-7 on the stretch of land from
km 217.600 to km 278.600 (Salem-Karur section) in Namakkal district, Tamil Nadu,
hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within 21 days from the date of
publication of this notification in the official gazette, object to the use of
such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 3C of the
said Act.
