Axiom launches global property services
A Business Correspondent
Axiom Estates announced in Mumbai on May 7 the launch of its
Global Property Services in India and released ‘inEquilibrium? — the changing
dynamics of the Indian residential markets,' an in-depth report on the
demand-and-supply scenario of the real estate market.
It has become one of the largest providers of property services to NRIs through
its associates and offices. A comprehensive central database and relationships
with leading developers across the country enables Axiom to provide real estate
investment advisory services on inter-city opportunities.
With RBI permitting Indians to buy property overseas, the company also provides
counsel to its Indian customers on real estate investment opportunities in the
overseas markets. Axiom has tied up with 100 developers from India, such as
Hiranandani, DLF, Unitech, Omaxe, Rahejas, Ansals and others.
Alok Banerjee, COO, Axiom, said, "We bring in pan-India property to the buyer
who wants to own an apartment, live in a residential complex or villas."
