Kandla Port Trust has invited EOI for the development of integrated facilities at its satellite port at Vadinar, located in the Gulf of Kachchh, in Jamnagar district of Gujarat on PPP basis. The port trust aims to transform Vadinar Port into an international maritime logistics hub. The facilities will include creation of berthing facilities, dry bulk cargo handling facilities and liquid bulk terminal, setting up of single point mooring and allied facilities, bunkering complex, container terminal, and shipbuilding and repair facilities. The last date of submission of bids is November 26, 2008.
