U31 ultra-luxury houses planned for Hyderabad

Radha Realty, a renowned developer in South India, sets a benchmark in ultra-luxury living with their new Hyderabad project U31. These walled family homes project is a fusion of the best of traditional and modern living. Andrew Maynard, an Australian architect, is master planner and Dilip Chabbria, known for custom-designed luxury vehicles, has for the first time ever custom-designed a complete home.
N Ravindranath Reddy, Managing Director, Radha Realty Corporation, said, "It was our vision to create something extraordinary to meet the needs of the discerning customer that U31 was conceived for. Every component of the project will be executed to ensure that U31 is an ultimate statement of exclusivity."
The townhouses, including 19 courtyard houses and 12 pavilion houses, will be built on a massive 9-acre green podium. Each of these 4-storey homes will have an area of 1,250 sq. yards built-up area of 11,800 sq. ft, 5 bedrooms, private swimming pool, exotic interiors, entertainment room, private elevators, 5 car parking spaces, living quarters for up to 8 domestic helpers and a bulk storage garage.br> The architecture is a perfect fusion of historical and contemporary design, keeping in mind the city's rich cultural heritage without compromising on the modern lifestyle.
The master plan has derived its inspiration from pedestrian-friendly cities like Rome and Edinburgh. "The houses are based on 7th century vaastu homes with a central courtyard," said Amit Bagaria, Chairman, Asipac Group.
