Arihant to build IT park in Vashi



Software Parks

Arihant Universal, a Navi Mumbai-based builder, plans to develop an IT park 'Arihant Aura' at Vashi. The project consists of three towers—2 towers of G+7 floors and 1 tower of G+13 floors with all modern amenities.
Ms Siddhi Bhagat, Head - Business Development, said, "At present, demolition of an old structure is in progress, and construction on the IT park will begin by the end of this month. The project will be complete by December 2010. The selling price of space in the park is Rs 6,000 per sq. ft."
She continued, "It is located bang opposite Turbhe railway station in the MIDC industrial area, and Arihant Universal are themselves the builders. The total commercial complex area covers 5.5 lakh sq. ft."
Commenting on provision of modern amenities, Bhagat elaborated, "On various levels there will be business floors, meeting rooms, banquet hall, gymnasium, health centres and spa, billiards room, service apartments with a swimming pool etc. On the ground floor, it will have banks, ATMs, stationery shops, garment showroom, management and security offices, CCTV cameras and so on. In lifestyle space, the IT park will have fine dining facilities. The remaining space will accommodate offices."
In the vicinity is Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, and the IT park will enjoy easy connectivity to Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
