Vipul Ltd, a real estate developer, is entering Oirssa to develop an integrated residential complex, Vipul Gardens, the first high-rise project in Bhubaneswar at an investment of Rs 200 crore.
The project, to be spread over an area of 10 acres at Shankarpur Mouza, Kalinga Nagar, will comprise 578 units of 10 towers with ground and 14 floors. It is aimed to provide a unique foundation for the real estate sector with world-class amenities to residents under one roof. The amenities include club, gym, steam, jacuzzi, swimming pool and multifunction hall. Each of the condominiums is designed to overlook lush landscaped lawns.
The project is expected to complete in three to four years.
