UP short-listing consultancy firms
The Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Department has requested expression of interest for short-listing consultancy firms for the technical examination of rehabilitation works of irrigation and drainage. The selected firm would have to randomly check the construction work of irrigation, drainage and building undertaken by private contractors for the U.P. Water Sector Restructuring Project in the Gomti-Ghaghra River Basin of the state.
After submitting the interest intent by October 31, 2001, the short-listed consultants would be required to submit their proposals. World Bank guidelines would be followed in short-listing.
