The government of Maharashtra has invited entrepreneurs to pre-qualify for the four laning and strengthening of Pune Solapur road (NH9) from km 8/800 (hadapsar) to km 35/00 (Sahajpur) to be developed on a BOT basis.
The scope of the work would include four laning and providing service roads, strengthening of existing two lane roads, providing toll plaza complex, two underpasses, plantation. The project is valued at Rs 82 crore excluding a yearly maintenance cost of Rs 80 lakh and Rs 4.78 crore of renewal every five years.
Limited companies, private limited companies or consortium of companies with experience in BOT projects can apply for documents till October 18. The documents must be filed by November 2, 2001.
