The Mumbai-based Rishabhdev Technocable Ltd, which was established in 1994, is into trading of cables used in different industries such as power, telecom, computers etc. The company is at the forefront of manufacturing cables that include power, control, instrumentation, process control, telephone and computer data cables. The company produces PVC flexible wires and cables, fibreglass insulated wires, PVC insulated screened cables, asbestos wires, compensating cables, teflon wires and electronic wires.
To keep pace with the growing market, the company expanded its initial range of special cables to include newly developed plastics such as FEP and PTFE. It also manufactures silicon cables, and many other insulated and sheathing materials.
For the first time in the country, RTL introduced the aluminium mylar shield with continuous contact drain wire (Z fold), which is far more effective as an electrostatic shield compared to conventional braid shields.
The company's list of customers includes well-known companies from both the Indian private and public sector and overseas users like Qatar Petro, Thai Peroxide and Dodsal.
