The features of this 57-kg product are: compact and cost effectiveness, stainless steel vacuum chamber, transparent lid for observation, provision for measurement and control of vacuum, impulse heat-sealing system with electronic timer, audio and visual indicators, increase in shelf life of perishables, retains aroma, prevents moisture absorption and oxidation, useful for packaging of fish and meat products, cashew nuts, dry fruits, tea, sensitive electronic components and electrodes.
